Your workspace or studio must be located in one of the Blackstone Valley communities, of Burrillville, Central Falls, Cumberland, Glocester, Lincoln, North Smithfield, Pawtucket, Smithfield, and Woonsocket. You also must be willing to welcome the public into your space, either during your regular hours, or by appointment.
